The advice and guidance of a suitably qualified professional should always be sought to help diagnose and decide what influences a possible hypnotherapy subject, before any treatment is applied. It's merely through the involvement of the skilled professional that the true benefits of any kind of treatment can ever be genuinely recognized, and the use of hypnotherapy is no exception to this rule.

So, if you used your skill to remove this person's pain, then he would most likely be not listening to his body's pleas for attention, and he may not go to the doctor for a check-up.
